10/6/2026

We learned about the divorce filesπŸ‘€

The texts. In August 2021, her then-husband said his teenage daughter wanted to come home. According to texts entered into the court record, De La Cruz replied "No. Absolutely not. I do not want her here," then: "If you show up here with Ella, consider our marriage over." When he asked for her support with his daughter, she said she didn't "give a fuck anymore." She cursed out his daughter by name twice. He replied "Not very congressional." Her answer: "I mean every word."

The restraining order. Weeks later, her husband filed for divorce, alleging "cruel and aggressive treatment" toward his daughter, including a claim that she pinched the girl in a church bathroom to make her stop crying. A judge granted a temporary restraining order against De La Cruz.

Family values, huh?
